Important Announcement and Happy New Year!

Happy New Year everyone! It is with mixed feelings that we announce that 2013 will be our last year as wedding photographers. I am sure you can appreciate that after many years of photographing weddings this has been a very difficult decision to make, however due to the current economic conditions and an unforeseen change in our personal circumstances we have had to make this choice. We have contacted to all our 2013 wedding couples to let them know our change in circumstances and we are no longer taking new bookings.

We’d like to take this opportunity to thanks all our customers for allowing us to be part of their special day; it was a real pleasure and privilege!

Sarah and Adam – Knebworth Barns

Last weekend we photographed the wedding of Sarah and Adam who chose the beautiful St John the Evangelist, Welwyn for thier Chruch Ceremony, followed by a reception at Knebworth Barns in the stunning grounds of Knebworth House. The day started very calmly at Sarah’s Nan’s house where there was a flurry of activity surrounding Sarah and the girls getting ready. We were lucky enough to be there long enough to get a sneak peek and some photos of course of Sarah in her stunning dress! We then left the girls to join Adam at the Church and await his beautiful brides arrival. After the ceremony we stayed to get some pictures of the happy newlyweds at the Church and then joined them again to take some picutres in and around the stunning Knebworth House and Gardens, not forgetting Sarah and Adams opportunity to meet Carol Vorderman and be interviewed for a TV show (all unplanned but we hope Sarah’s Dad was pleased with this treat!)

A big thank you to Sarah and Adam for allowing us to be part of their special day and we wish them a lovely honeymoon. A special thanks also to the Sarah’s Nan for being so kind on the day and to Mike the best man for being very helpful when we were trying to get the last few photos done and get people in the warmth of the beautifully decorated barn!

Stunning, is the only word to describe the day. Yes Sarah and Adam you do scrub up well and we were very proud of you both. The taster photos match the day and do somehow capture the atmosphere. When we first looked at the photos with Sarah and Adam each one that came up was their favourite! We look forward to seeing the full album. Ian and Emma thank you for doing such a good job. Hana and Mark – Barnston Lodge

We had the real privilege of photographing the wedding of Hana and Mark last weekend. We were with Hana right from the start of preparations on the big day and stayed with the happy couple until near enough the end of the evening leaving the true party people to finish the evening in style! Hana and Mark chose the intimate St Mary’s Church , Elsenham and the stunning Barnston Lodge for their reception with a marquee in the beautiful gardens. There was attention to detail in every part of the wedding from the flowers, table arrangements to the lanterns and not forgetting the stunning bridesmaids dresses, as a result everything looked perfect! Hana was such a beautiful, beaming and excited bride and we think it shows in every picture we have looked at so far and Mark wasn’t far behind in the smiling stakes either!

We would like to thank Hana and Mark for being a real pleasure to work with on their special day, we had great fun and really enjoyed taking pictures of you both and of your family and friends. Hana, you certainly know how to strike a pose and I think the Mo Bolt (sure we have named it incorrectly but you know what we mean!) will stay with us forever! Our thanks also to Neil, Paul, Gavin and Lee for their help on the day and providing the much needed refreshments! Also thanks to Hana’s parents for letting us take over their house in the morning and to the bridesmaids for being patient with the clicking of cameras while they were trying to concentrate on makeup!

We hope you love this sneak peek as much as we do and wish you a very happy honeymoon.

Hi guys,

Thanks much for getting these up before we go away tomorrow. They are truely wonderful. We cannot wait to see the rest.

We had a great time working with you and you made us really comfortable. We had an absolutely fantastic day and you can see just in these photos that you have captured that. We are so pleased we had you guys to do our wedding photos and we will definately be recommedning you to anyone we know who is getting married!
